Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation. Headspace helps young people who are going through a tough time. Thousands of young people are getting their lives back on track.
Mental ill health is the single biggest health issue facing young Australians, with one in four living with a mental illness. Suicide is also the leading cause of death amongst this group and that 75 per cent of mental health problems emerge before the age of 25.
Headspace is ready to get on with it and bring these services to young people and their families in NSW. It’s time to stop the naval gazing and remember what we’re all trying to do – help young Australians and their families.
