Christmas in Fairfield City is bigger and better this year, lighting the City up with a myriad of family fun events in December.
The Mayor of Fairfield City, Frank Carbone, said there is a variety of Christmas activities being held across the City for everyone to enjoy.
“Council’s annual Christmas event on 4 December will be fun for the whole family. Held at Epoch Plaza from 6:30pm, there will be a range of activities including the lighting of the Christmas Tree. The Fairfield Museum and Gallery also has a great sing-along carols event on 6 December, complete with a night market so you can catch up on your Christmas shopping,” Mayor Carbone said.
“Christmas celebrations and decorations are also on show Cabramatta, Canley Vale and Canley Heights. The Canley Heights Children’s Christmas Party, supported by the Canley Heights Business Community and the Canley Heights Restaurant Committee, is a community favourite and always draws crowds.”
“Council is also proud to support a number of community run events, such as the Rotary Club event at Horsley Park Reserve and the Bonnyrigg Public School Christmas Carols.”
“I encourage everyone to head out this December and enjoy the celebrations with friends and family,” said Mayor Carbone.
