Liverpool City Council is inviting the community to share ideas on how to improve the city via a new online panel, ‘Liverpool Listens’. The site gives community members the power to participate in surveys, quick polls and discussion forums on various issues, as well as be informed about upcoming Council events and activities.
Liverpool City Council Mayor Ned Mannoun said Liverpool Listens is designed to assist Council to make the best decisions for the community by harnessing a wider range of views and more detailed feedback.
“We know that engaging with community members and understanding what they think results in better decisions and outcomes. I’d really like to encourage everyone to head to the site, register, and tell us how you feel about the issues that matter to you.”
Mayor Mannoun said the beauty of Liverpool Listens is that community members can participate in discussions anytime and anywhere on a diverse range of topics from Council services to major plans or policies.
