The first ever Night Markets in Liverpool is happening on Saturday 3rd of May from 4pm – 9pm. This is part of a 12 month trial in Macquarie Street, Liverpool.
Liverpool City Mayor, Ned Mannoun, said that on the first Saturday of every month Macquarie Street will come alive and be transformed into a bustling outdoor entertainment precinct and market place for everyone to enjoy.
For entertainment there will be performances by The Collective, 501 Band, Hot Potato Band and more.
“Ignite your senses with a selection of delicious food, family-friendly live entertainment and an interactive collection of activities”, said Mayor Ned Mannoun.
“Come along to experience a diverse choice of culturally inspired cuisine and an exciting new program that will vary from month to month.
A broad range of market stalls will vary from month to month featuring interesting wares, new and pre-loved items, unique designs and gift ideas made by local and visiting artisans from the greater Sydney region.
