While eating bugs is nothing new in other cultures, it has gone out of fashion in the western world–until now.
Skye is determined to bring it back into vogue and share with people the health and environmental benefits of making edible bugs a part of our staple diets.
Skye said bugs are easy to keep, feed and farm and a great way to feed large numbers of people.
