At the end of March our financial year ends and the auditor cometh. We have noticed that there is a number of people who have not paid the deposit for their swipe card. The auditor always chases up unpaid monies. If you have lost your invoice let me know and I will issue a new one. If they remain unpaid we now have a facility to cancel individual cards…..but we would not like to use it.
Thank you to those who have paid their 2013-2014 membership fee. There is less urgency for this as you have until 30th June 2013 to pay. After that your membership automatically ceases.
